Are you doing chin ups, reverse lunges, squats and body rolls to prepare?
It's going to be hot, humid, sweaty and swimmy (yes, that's a word).
There'll be PBs, fist pumps, tantrums and tears.
Well it wouldn't be a swim meet without all of the above, would it?
