It's for all of you who have ever sweated blood or cursed at a screen while simultaneously wrestling with Swim Club Manager and trying to find your child's ASA number.

Download the PDF from the email or website and save it to your computer. You can usually save a PDF that is showing as a web page by right clicking on it and choosing 'save as'.
For example: If you click on the link to the Leicester Sharks kit order form, it will display in a new tab as a web page. Right click on it and select 'save as' and save it to your computer. (You won't be able to edit the document directly online, it first needs to be downloaded to your computer.)
Step 2: Then open the PDF via Windows Explorer. It should look like this:
Step 4: Click on 'Add text':
The only slightly tricky bit is if you make a mistake and need to delete some text after you've started typing elsewhere. It can be a bit hit and miss, but go back to the text you need to delete and double click on it with the mouse. It should become highlighted and you can then delete it. (It might take a few goes.)
